If you are having difficulty with tiggitMail please review the Frequently Asked Questions, below. Check that you have the latest version of tiggit mail, as the problem you are experiencing may have been reported by others, and may already be fixed. If this does not resolve your problem please email tiggit@tiggit.com with a clear description of the problem you are facing in as much details as possible.

Should you be unable to resove your problem, please contact tiggit@tiggit.com. When contacting support please provde at least the following information

  • Full description of the problem you are facing. If the problem involves a software failure (crash), include exact steps to make the software crash again.
  • Version number of tiggit mail. This can be found underneath the tiggit logo on the screen that lists the mailboxes you have set up.
  • Model of your BlackBerry handheld, and if you know how to find it, the version number of the BlackBerry OS.

tiggit software can only accept support requests via email to the nomintated email address, and although we aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours, there is no guarantee that we will be able to do so.
