First, register and download tiggit mail from the free download page. Install tiggit mail either by using the Over The Air (OTA) installation or desktopn installation described in your registration email. You might like to forward your registration email to an address that can be read on your BlackBerry so that you can click on the download link directly on your handheld.
tiggitMail is designed to work on both Corporate and Personal BlackBerrys, on almost all mobile phone networks. The first time that you run tiggit mail, the network configurator will run some tests to find out how to connect to the internet from your handheld. Once these tests are complete you will be able to set up your mailboxes.
