How do I get tiggit mail to check for mail periodically ?

You can do this by selecting the autoLoad option on the settings panel. With this selected tiggit mail will check for mail every few minutes. You can define how often tiggit checks for mail by setting the sendReceive period to the number of seconds between checks. 900 is a good value (15 minutes).

I've been having problems with Tiggit on my BB Tour 9630. Seem likee the autoload featre just stops working or doesn't work at all. I've upgraded to Tiggit version 1.1.18.2 api 4.3 and I'm still having the problem. This is very frustrating and I'd like to see if this can be fixed.

I did quite a bit of work to re-engineer this in 1.1.18, obviously it needs more attention.

BTW - I would suggest the api 4.6 version for the Tour, but it won't impact this issue.

I seem to be having the same problem. Mails only seem to come when I manually hit "Send / Receive", even if I am in a good service area with plenty of bars.

I am using Tiggit Mail v. 1.1.18.3 api 4.2, my BlackBerry is a Storm 8330m on MetroPCS, I believe the OS version is 4.5.0.127 (Platform 3.4.0.21). I selected the Tiggit api 4.2 because it said if in doubt to chose that one. Maybe I should be using a different api version of Tiggit?

I have a BIS through them, but of course it doesn't do proper support for IMAP folders, which is what I use your software for. Push works great through the native BB client, but only for Inbox which is useless for me as I have numerous sub-folders (where emails are automatically sorted into upon arrival at the server). At this point it seems as if I can either have my instant push email, or my folders, but not both (or go with some radical solution such as setting up my own BES or doing something inelagant like making a bunch of separate email addresses, all with their own Inboxes). :( But perhaps you can help... :)

Has there been any resolution to this issue? I am experiencing the same challenge. Oddly, everything was working perfectly for about a month and this has only started within the past few days.

Thanks, I look forward to a a reply.
